3
How long do your tours last every time?
We run the tour every day and each tour last approximately 2 hours for “good morning Saigon” and 4 hours for another tours.
4
What is the difference between the food tour and another tours?
Probably our most frequently asked question as many people do not understand the difference. The biggest difference is that the food tour is focused on experiencing Vietnamese Cuisine. The city tour is focused on seeing the a large portion of the city while learning about the culture, history, and current life style of local Vietnamese. The city tour has much more time riding on the motorbike and seeing some of our favorite spots and activities in the city that we think are interesting. On the food tour, the motorbike is the means for us to travel from vendor to vendor through the city while making our way through our Vietnamese tasting menu. If you are interested in food then you should book a food tour, if you are more interested in riding on the motorbike and seeing the city then you should book a city tour. Taking both tours throughout a single day is also highly recommended for two very different experiences.
5
Do children enjoy the tour?
They love the tour! We have not seen a child who has ever seemed disappointed on any of our tours. We think that our company offers possibly the best thing to do as a family in Vietnam. Children can often get bored pretty easily on a regular tour on a bus. Put them on a motorbike in Saigon… there is nothing boring about that to anyone no matter the age.
6
What are the attractions of the tour?
Not similar to any others, Saigon on motorbike prefer off the beaten track destinations to touristy places. We’d like to offer you realest local experiences.
7
I can book a tour if I do not have a hotel yet?
Yes! It is no problem! We will pick you up at your stay! Please tell us where you are.
8
Is there anything I should not wear or bring when I go on a tour?
Something comfortable! For me, this rules out any pants that have buttons on the back pocket. You will be amazed at how this will indent your booty after just a few minutes on the bike.
9
Are we allowed to hug or hold onto our driver?
Yes. Both male and female pillion riders are encouraged to hug or hold our drivers for your safety. The easiest way is for you to hold their shoulders of the rider or hold onto the handles on the side of the bikes. If your balance is good you can sit with your hands on the knees like the locals do.
10
I am larger than Vietnamese person. Can your driver carry me?
Of course yes! We may just have small body but strong enough to carry you even if your weigh is 150 kilos.
11
Are your tours the same every day?
Our ever-changing menu of great street food changes every period of time. We try and make our tours as enjoyable for our guides as it is for our visitors so that everyone can enjoy the experience of sharing a great meal together. For repeated customers, we would love to setup a new route for you to try!
12
What is the maximum group size for the tour?
In order to give you the most possible experience, we strive to keep our tour groups small. Our motorbike tours can accommodate group of 1-6 people at most. If you have a larger group we are happy to book a private tour for you.

Your tours include street food. Is it safe to eat?
Every traveler knows that when you are trying many foods from different countries you always run the risk having a bad reaction to the food. Vietnam is no exception and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will not get sick from the food on our tours. However, the street food is actually safer in many ways the food that you get from a restaurant: Street food has a very high turnover and it is, therefore, always fresh. You are able to see how the food is prepared and what goes into it. The restaurants that we pick are popular with local people. Every restaurant that we include on our tours is carefully checked by us to ensure that the food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
15
What should I bring on the tours?
For our tours, you need very little as we provide the most thing that you will need. During the daytime tours, we strongly recommend that you bring sunscreen and sunglasses with you as the sun can be quite strong. During the nighttime tours, you don't need to bring much stuff. A camera is always a good addition however we urge you not to take pictures while on the motorbike as this can be quite dangerous. If you wish to take pictures, please ask your guides to pull over. Also please take extra care of your camera in order to avoid theft.
16
What clothes should I wear on the tours?
As we offer many diverse tours and we recommend different clothes for different tours. For our “Saigon By Night” tours we recommend that you wear something comfortable and cool, as the city can be hot someday. Shorts and t-shirts are ideal or light pants are also suitable. For our morning and afternoon tour, we recommend that you go local and wear light long pants and a sleeved T-shirt. The sun in Vietnam is quite strong and even though you wear sunscreen, it is quite easy to get sunstroke. We strongly recommend that during our tours you leave all jewelry such as necklaces and earrings in your hotel in order to prevent them from being stolen. In addition, women shouldn’t wear skirts or dresses.

Is it safe to ride a motorbike in Saigon?

Driving in Ho Chi Minh City is actually relatively safe. Despite the chaotic driving conditions, accidents are actually quite rare as people drive quite slowly. Here in Saigon, local people are avoiding each other. If you cross the road, they will go around you.

If an accident does happen, it is usually quite minor due to low speed. But do not worry, our guides have received excellent training from us on how to drive defensively and cautiously.

18
Will you allow me to drive your motorbikes?

Unfortunately no.

Although riding a motorbike in Vietnam is an enjoyable experience, the traffic patterns in Ho Chi Minh City are quite chaotic and require an experienced and knowledgeable driver. It is also against Vietnamese law to drive without a license and if you get in an accident while driving your insurance will not cover you.

Our team of licensed guides has many years of experienced driving safely in Ho Chi Minh City and we are happy to drive you around the city. This also allows you to pay more attention to the sights and sounds of the city without worrying about millions of other motorbikes on the road.

19
What happens if it rains before/during our tour?

Rain in Vietnam is quite common, especially during the raining season, however it usually does not last very long. If it is raining heavily, we will pull over and wait for it to stop and then continue. If it is a light rain, we will put on our rain ponchos and continue on the tour. If it does begin to rain and you no longer wish to continue with the tour, we will happily return you to your hotel and only charge you for the time that we have passed

20
Can I shop during the tour?

To stay on schedule and continue with the informative tour and food tastings in a timely manner, we ask that you please wait to shop until after the tour. You can allow time at the end of the tour to return to your favorite stores located in the map provided. Our guide can also help you with directions to them.
