For that reason, we decide to take you around the city by the icon of Saigon - the motorbike. Itinerary:

At 8:00 AM or 1:00 PM, our English speaking driver team will pick you up at your hotel or a specified place.

We will give a quick overview to have you imagine a clear picture about the itinerary and the local dishes we are going to eat.

First stop at a famous local restaurant for enjoying beef noodles soup – a kind of noodle soup originated from the Central of Vietnam, sugarcane juice – a beverage which is sweet naturally from sugarcane mixed with some kumquat to balance the taste, betel leaf wrapped around beef – one of the most popular dish in Vietnam with an attractive taste and smell.

After that, we will drive you to Nguyen Thien Thuat street, one of the most famous street food areas in Saigon with the considerable diversity in the style of the cuisine and local culture. This place is the integrated one which has lots of the residents from many parts of Vietnam to come here and live for a long time, that’s the reason why its cuisine is really fascinating and diverse.

We will take a short walk to explore and understand more about the lifestyle of local people, the history, as well as many other stories about this building. Then stop for enjoying bo la lot (beef wrapped in betel leaf), one of the most famous street food of Vietnam.

We continue on driving to the biggest flower market in Saigon. Almost all kinds of flowers which are sold here are from all parts of Vietnam and this market also the famous wholesale one of Ho Chi Minh City.

After that, our guide will take you to stop at the local restaurant to try broken rice with BBQ pork or Vietnamese pancake with wild vegetables.

On the way, we go to district 5 to visit the Chinese heritage and "Thien Hau " temple, this is also the highlight of our tour because you have a chance to drink coffee or tea and see the rooftop of the temple, this is one of the experiences in your life.

Then we will drive you to pass by Nguyen Trai street located in district 5 where is famous for hundreds of fashion shops along the street – you will see how busy this street is in the night time. Driving over Nguyen Van Cu Bridge to come to look at the Saigon River and some stilt houses along and enjoy the fresh cool breeze from the river and quiet peaceful moment away from the busy pace of the city.

The next stop is district 4 – which is also known as the smallest district in Saigon and it’s a small island surrounded by Saigon River. It has been a place for immigrants from all regions of Vietnam to come and live. It leads to the diversity in a characteristic of the populations and the cultural region as well. You will feel as staying in the food paradise with a unique cultural experience. We also enjoy beef noodle soup or vemicelli with spring roll in this area.

At the end, our friendly guides will drive you back to your hotel, say goodbye and put more happy smiles on you.

Street food paradise

District 4 is the smallest district surrounded by Saigon river but it was considered as true heaven for the foodie with a low budget.

Banh xeo (Crispy Vietnamese crepe)

Banh Xeo is a crepe made from rice flour and coconut milk with a filling of mung bean paste, prawns, bean sprouts, and slices of boiled pork. It’s important to mention that Banh Xeo is Vietnamese finger food. You’ll  wrap up these slices in an array of vegetables and dip them into sweetened fish sauce.

Banh mi ( Vietnamese bread )

Mentioned as the best street food around the world by Condé Nast Traveler magazine, banh mi has been listed as a must-try dish when coming to Vietnam. It stuffed with meat, vegetable, butter, one or two tablespoon of meat and chili sauce. Customers can choose from a wide variety to fill inside the baguette such as fried egg, pate, grilled pork, pork roll etc. and vegetable (coriander, cucumber, onion, carrot etc). Banh mi is really tasty and can easily satisfy anyone’s taste.

Caramel Flan

In Vietnam, flan is a common dessert made of eggs, milk and condense milk and caramel. After it was done, the flan was flipped into a plate, and topped with shaved ice. The balance between greasy and sweet flavors will seduce you to eat more.
